I stumbled upon this blog awhile ago and I love it. Each post contains rare or out-of-print material from various bands. I appreciated the posts dedicated to The Weakerthans, Dillinger Four, Rumbleseat, and Chuck Ragan. Check it out.

I got the following new music yesterday:
* Imogen Heap’s new album Ellipse: The album hasn’t captured my attention as much Speak For Yourself immediately did, but I’m sure it will grow on me. I’m looking forward to having this on heavy rotation for a few months at least.
* Polar Bear Club’s The Summer Of George EP and The Redder, The Better EP: I’m new to the club, but so far I’m enjoying this stuff.
* Chuck Ragan’s Daytrotter session: I don’t like Chuck Ragan’s solo work as much as his stuff with Hot Water Music, but I always pay attention because some of it is really good. Having only listened to this once, I’m not sure what I think of it yet. You can download it for free here.

I make lists all the time. I always have a To Do list. I have a list of books that I have read and that I want to read. I like the habit, but sometimes I can get a little obsessed with my lists. Anyways, one of the lists I keep is upcoming release dates for albums. I put things I’m really excited about on there, but I also put things I’m just slightly interested in on it as well. Here’s the list in its current state:
